Renowned Chef Rob Conaway is the reason our Little Italy San Diego dining spot has become a favorite among hotel guests and neighborhood residents alike. Born in San Diego and schooled in San Francisco and Chon Buri, Thailand, Chef Rob is truly one of a kind. He has worked alongside some of the best chefs and restaurateurs in the world, including Bradley Ogden at Lark Creek Inn and Jeremiah Tower and Mark Franz at Stars. Rob kept pushing the envelope behind the stoves at Scoozi in Chicago as Sous Chef and as Western Chef de Cuisine at the Furama Resort Da Nang, Vietnam before becoming the freshest new arrival on the San Diego Little Italy dining scene. In addition to his nightly kitchen duties, Chef Rob will host fun cooking classes for hotel guests and neighbourhood residents.
