Hillcrest Cityfest is on Sunday, August 14th this year and people are not expecting anything less than lots of fun all over again. It is a celebration of community spirit through music, arts, crafts, food, and much more! Over 150,000 attendees come out each year to participate in the festivities.
The fest occurs from 12pm-11pm on 5th ave and University Ave, San Diego, CA 92103. The map to the left helps guide you of the city fest’s attractions and events.

In one of San Diego’s most visited museum park, Balboa Park’s Botanical Garden hosts Film in the Garden once every week! Enjoy a selection of films inspired by current exhibitions under the stars with friends or family! It gets filled fast, so be sure to arrive a little early and bring snacks and drinks, their Panama 66 cafe also carries some refreshing options too!

The South Bay Pow Wow takes place at the Marina Parkway in Chula Vista on August 6th-7th.
Pow Wow’s are a Native American way of coming together to have fun, dance, sing, visit, rekindle or make new friendships. This annual pow wow will be from 10am-8pm Saturday and 10am-6pm Sunday.
Members of Soaring Eagles Native American Indian cultural dance group of San Diego County, American Indian Warriors Association and Calpulli Mexihca – Danza Azteca Huehueteotl were able to put this all together. Whom all invite visitors to the bayfront for a weekend of traditional music, dance arts, crafts, and oh yes food!

Vans Warped Tour is one of the most anticipated summer festivals in San Diego! Premiering and showcasing established or upcoming artists throughout the whole day. Bringing together the youth, punk rock, indie and skate culture through innovative environmental concepts every year.
Warped tour is taking place at Qualcomm Stadium Parking Lot from 11:00am-10:00pm.
